Exciting update for multi-line, regional Field Services at Davies! On Friday, March 1, 2024, Patrick Diamond joined our Florida team as Branch Manager. He has hit the ground running by getting to know his new team members and clients and brings a wealth of experience to our team. We are excited to have him join our mission of helping our clients with their field claims needs, and we welcome you to learn more about him in our interview below.
GB: Patrick, can you introduce us to your background and how you came to Davies?
PD: I joined Davies through the Sierra acquisition at the end of 2023. While at Sierra, I served many roles and developed a multidimensional approach to customer service, building strong relationships with clients and handling claims for the past 22 years.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Risk Management and Insurance from Gannon University. I focused on Commercial Liability and Property, Workers’ Compensation, Personal Lines Insurance, and other claims-related courses.
I spend my free time with my wife, Jessica, and four children. I also enjoy running, golfing, camping, and hiking, and I serve as a league director and coach for local youth sports teams and coaching multiple basketball teams.
GB: Thanks for sharing about your life and giving us more insight into your career. We’re excited to have you bring that skillset to Davies, especially in our competitive industry, where client experience is vital. Can you share some of your core principles for providing excellent customer service for our Field Services?
PD: I emphasize the importance of fostering strong relationships with our Field Services clients by profoundly understanding Davies’ mission and values. My goal is always to demonstrate a commitment to excellence and leadership, and I aim to go above and beyond to serve our clients, policyholders, claimants, and their unique needs.
We must keep building on this branch’s foundation and focus on this dynamic team and our interpersonal relationships. Together, we’ll explore new, innovative solutions for our customers to continue improving the quality of our Field Services products.
