This topic is one that is often misunderstood or not handled correctly on GL audits by auditors, agents, reviewers and underwriters. When auditing mercantile or manufacturing risks for general liability it can become tricky when it is also discovered the insured also does installation, service, or repair of goods sold. The policy also may have been written on a mercantile or manufacturing risk based on estimated exposure for just sales or for sales, payroll and/or cost. In either situation the audit just became more complicated, and it requires additional investigation to be sure the CLM rules are properly applied and the correct exposure(s) audited. Do you use the payroll code on the policy or not? Do you add a payroll code to the policy or not? This webinar will go over those questions and more. This webinar is approximately 1 hour.
