We’re excited to share ClaimsPro U.S. was acquired by Davies, the leading provider of specialist professional services and technology solutions for the insurance and regulated markets, in December 2025. As part of this transition, ClaimsPro U.S. will now operate as Davies and officially merge into Davies Claims North America, Inc. Please note, ClaimsPro will continue to operate within Canada as ClaimsPro Canada.
