Our adjusters and carriers are supported by an extensive operations organization including field operation resources, recruiting, training, quality assurance, billing, dispatch, and customer services resources, all working together to ensure the best outcome possible for the insured. Davies also has extensive experience at creating customized solutions tailored for the insured and carrier.
Catastrophe Property Claims
Davies has assisted our carrier partners with every major weather event over the past 35+ years. Our service is built on early planning and preparation when an event is predicted. By taking a proactive approach, we are able to intelligently pre-stage resources to quickly respond, rather than just reacting to catastrophic events.
We employ active resource management throughout the event, engaging properly skilled and seasoned adjusters, and focusing on uncompromised follow through to ensure claims are completed in a timely manner. Additionally, we can easily tailor our solutions to our carriers’ unique event expectations, deploying specialized adjusters who fit the exact scenarios and needs that the event, as well as their customers’ coverages, are predicting.
Davies employs a full-time recruiting staff who continuously maintain communications with our resources to ensure they are ready for deployment. Davies offers national coverage for all commercial claim types. We have handled commercial losses ranging from $25,000 to $50,000,000+. Our focus is on small to medium sized businesses, with experienced staff and the capacity to handle large business, multifamily and light industrial risks. Our team of general and executive adjusters are multi-lined and have experience with both 1st party and 3rd party property claims, premise liability, product liability, and business interruption situations. We understand the special needs when guiding business owners and public entities through the claims process, however large or small the claim.
Davies offers a full-service, large-loss specialty business unit with nationwide coverage. We provide expert claims adjusting, supplying adjusters with an average of 10+ years of experience servicing a wide range of property, casualty, and specialty insurance providers.
