Select

We source and select entry level talent ensuring high levels of diversity. Successful applicants are employed by Davies and after completing an onboarding, are embedded within your organisation.

Develop

Trainees are enrolled on a customised development programme built around one of our professional apprenticeships which we customise and enhance to support your specific requirements.

Transition

Upon successful completion of their development programme, typically after 15-18 months, you have the option of hiring the trainees at no additional cost.

Our core programmes are based around professional apprenticeships. We are a registered flexi job apprenticeship agency which means you can use your levy to significantly reduce the cost of training with our core programmes based around professional apprenticeships.

Entry Requirements

We hire to suit your requirements – whether recent school leavers, university graduates or with a few years work experience.

Professional Qualifications

Programmes are tailored to the role and culminate in the awarding of professional qualifications from industry bodies such as the CII, CBI or the ICA.

Course Duration

Our programmes are delivered virtually across the UK and take 15-18 months to complete.
