The profile duties create a dynamic portfolio requiring extremely well-honed organizational skills that enable day to day activities to be completed while allowing efficient and effective progress of file management activities.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have experience in <b>Automobile and General Liability<\/b>\u00a0<b>Bodily Injury.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The candidate must have <b>CGL <\/b>experience ,\u00a0as well as the following competencies;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Onedrive)<\/li>\n<li>Previous adjusting experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Advanced communication skills including:<\/li>\n<li>Effective written skills including grammar and those of a technical nature<\/li>\n<li>Effective oral skills, including listening, interviewing, negotiating, must be able to flex style appropriate to audience<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Building skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated and proven leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Sense of urgency and responsiveness<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills allowing you to effectively deal with conflict and difficult situations.<\/li>\n<li>Strong commitment to ongoing education and learning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of<b>\u00a01 year BI Claims experience<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Equivalency in combination of education and experience will be considered.<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing commitment to education and learning.<\/li>\n<li>Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics<\/li>\n<li>Good investigative manner<\/li>\n<li>Able to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret complex documents of a legal nature, perform and understand advanced numerical calculations including analysis of comparative information.<\/li>\n<li>Adjuster\u2019s license, or currently pursuing or have completed the\u00a0<b>CIP designation<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Valid G driver&#39;s license &#8211; this position will require in person scene investigations and road work<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We welcome and encourage applications from people with disabilities.
