This involves marketing and follow-up of opportunities in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications and Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>The ideal candidate should have experience at least one of these areas:<span>\u00a0 Property Claims<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>CIP or currently pursuing CIP designation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Equivalency in combination of education and experience will be considered.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ongoing commitment to education and learning.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Good investigative manner<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Able to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to interpret complex documents of a legal nature, perform and understand advanced numerical calculations including analysis of comparative information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Advanced communication skills including:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Effective written skills including those of a technical nature<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Effective oral skills, including listening, interviewing, negotiating, must be able to flex style appropriate to audience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proactive and positive approach to customer service ensuring that all inquiries are effectively dealt with in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong interpersonal skills allowing you to effectively deal with conflict and difficult situations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong commitment to ongoing education and learning.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What We offer:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Salary is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and internal equity.\u00a0 Your success matters to us, and we believe in rewarding high performance with meaningful financial incentives and career growth opportunities.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>For salaried plus commission-based roles, we offer a competitive salary complemented by a performance-driven commission structure, designed to reward your success.
