Traditional (On-site) Audit

When an on-site visit is not possible, practical, or advantageous, our experienced field auditors can conduct a remote audit with the same level of expertise and detail as an on-site audit. These are typically conducted by auditors located within the same state as the insured. These auditors are experts in the state-specific audit rules and regulations. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology, the remote audit aims to maintain familiarity and expectations of the on-site experience.

Virtual Audit

Our Virtual Audit provides an audit of all relevant records similar to a  physical audit at a lower cost, making it a perfect alternative to our telephone audit for audits requiring more detailed information.

Our Verified Telephone Audits are conducted over the phone, also eliminating the need for on-site visits. This makes it an efficient and cost-effective tool for smaller or less complex audits. Our Telephone Audit Center is staffed with highly skilled, customer-oriented associates who obtain the necessary financial information and combine it with documents signed and attested to by the policyholder. Verified Telephone Audits are ideal for smaller policies and have been proven to increase return on investment.
