The programme runs over 2 years. The first 12 months will be based predominately in our Solent and Stoke offices. Here you will develop claims handling skills, insurance knowledge and extensive exposure to our Property & Building Services side of the business. Individuals will then be given the option to work within our Property & Building Services area in such roles as Subsidence and Surveying Specialist, or enter line management. The second 12 months will then develop the Individual within their chosen role.

Our Apprenticeship Programme started in July 2017, and we offer a number of different opportunities for you to join our business.
Our most popular programmes include Business Admin, Finance, IT and HR where you will learn all of the necessary skills and achieve a formal qualification upon successful completion of the Programme, which usually takes around 12-18 months to complete. You are supported through the Apprenticeship by our Award Winning UK Provider, 3AAA who have offices nationwide and a team of over 500+.
The programme is tailored to your own development needs, and it’s likely that you will spend regular time with your Apprentice mentor, alongside a formal internal Davies Training Programme. You will attend classroom courses, build an e-portfolio of evidence and have regular assessments throughout your course to ensure that you are progressing well.
