Today\u2019s technology career models (if they even exist) are failing financial services (FS) firms. On the one hand, more than half of technology staff are dissatisfied with their career and development opportunities. On the other, organisations face talent and capability shortages and say these gaps are only getting bigger, as the criticality of technology for their businesses continues to increase.<\/p>\n
