The conversation also highlighted the growing importance of diversity and inclusion in shaping recruitment strategies. Asset managers are placing greater emphasis on building teams with varied perspectives, acknowledging that this drives innovation and better decision-making. Technology is another factor influencing hiring trends, with digital skills becoming essential across all levels of the business.<\/p>\n
