In my 20 years of experience working in investment banking, I have been part of building out the offshoring set-up in India for large global banks. I also have experience working in the area of change management where I have manged large teams of change professionals to deliver programmes around regulatory compliance, infrastructure upgrades, enhance of controls and overall productivity and efficiencies.
