I have worked within the data analytics industry for 14 years with my time focused on using data to drive actions and improve performance. I have worked across numerous sectors including Financial Services, Utilities and BPO and I specialise in the reporting, analysis and practical application of unstructured data. Working within the CX practice I now lead our client relationships to ensure they benefit from the broad CX, data and technology capability available within the group.
