Our specialisms enable us to offer both specific and complimentary expertise, while our proprietary intellectual property measurably and demonstrably increases the likelihood of transformation success.<br><strong><br> </strong><strong>You will:</strong><br><strong> </strong><br>Deliver on projects for customers based in the UK, USA and other global locations as part of our nearshoring strategy. This is an exciting, dynamic role ideal for an individual seeking to gain exposure to international client projects whilst remaining in Spain. Furthermore, you will:<br><ul><li>Be responsible for project planning, management, quality, control, and benefits realization</li><li>Directly and indirectly manage project resources as required</li><li>Establish and agree on scope, cost, schedule, and resources with awareness of strategic objectives</li><li>Manage project risks and issues reporting</li><li>Act as an escalation point for workstream issues, stakeholders, and project budget owner</li><li>Map, manage and communicate project interdependencies and impacts</li><li>Manage all change requests through a formally defined change management process</li><li>Ensure deliverables are measurable, tracked and delivered on time and within budget</li><li>Manage clear and effective communications to team members and stakeholders</li><li>Undertake quality reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet business needs and requirements, and adhere to the methodology, standards, and strategy</li><li>Implement appropriate status reporting and communication plan</li><li>Lead multi-disciplined teams uniting them in purpose across different jurisdictions</li><li>Be risk aware and meet compliance mandates ensuring the protection of business operations</li><li>Plan and manage multiple and concurrent work streams across one or more projects</li><li>Respect and assist the wider project community including contributing to best practices</li><li>Establish trust and confidence with business units through confident and competent management of client stakeholders</li></ul><br><strong>Capabilities for you to do the role:</strong><br> <br><ul><li>Demonstrable, proven experience in a project management role either within Financial Services or Banking</li><li>Proven / demonstrable experience in asset management</li><li>Experience using OMS systems</li><li>Project management methodology experience in Agile (Scrum)</li><li>Experience using a RAID log</li><li>Experience with process mapping, interface, and data mapping</li><li>Native level fluency in Spanish and English</li><li>Desire to work on international client projects based remotely from Spain.</li><li>Excellent communication skills combined with an ability to deliver to stakeholders under time pressure, to the highest standards.</li></ul><br> <strong>About Us</strong><br><br> <strong>What's important to you is what matters to us…</strong><br><br> We are straight-forward, adaptable and outcomes-focused.
