Davies today announces the promotion of Matt Button who steps up to the role of Corporate Development Director, reporting to Group CEO, Dan Saulter. Matt will continue to lead the development and execution of Davies’ acquisition programme and will additionally take on new responsibilities across strategy and new markets.
Earlier this year, Davies realigned its structure into three core businesses; Claims Solutions, Insurance Services and Customer Solutions. Davies 1,250-strong team of insurance, operations and technology professionals operate across the UK, Ireland and Bermuda, in partnership with more than 300 insurance and highly regulated clients.
Since HGGC took a majority stake in the business in January 2017, Davies has doubled in size, through a combination of strong organic growth and has made six strategic acquisitions. Most recently Davies added deeper insurance services capability through the acquisition of Randall & Quilter’s insurance services assets, having added Ambant to its stable in September 2017.
