Davies announces senior promotions as it streamlines its operating structure in response to continued strong growth

Following a period of strong growth and investment, Davies today announces a series of senior executive promotions as it streamlines its business, creating three operating platforms across Claims Solutions, Insurance Services and Customer Solutions.

Its Customer Solutions business, which incorporates Cynergie and ServiceTick, provides customer experience, complaints management, and regulatory solutions to the insurance and highly regulated markets.  Mark Grocott is promoted to Customer Solutions CEO, which he will undertake alongside his role as Davies Chief Digital Officer.

In Claims Solutions, Darren Coombes steps up to Executive Chairman, following many successful years as Chief Commercial Officer. Darren will continue to lead growth and client development across claims.  In addition Darren will chair the claims business and lead strategy & new solution development.  Motor claims boss, Kath Mainon, is promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer of Claims Solutions.  In her new role, Kath takes leadership responsibility for operations and service delivery across Davies’ UK and Ireland claims businesses.

Following Grocott’s move to Customer Solutions and Mainon’s move to COO, Davies has further announced that Gareth Bowers is promoted to Managing Director of Property Claims, and Kim Alcock is promoted to Managing Director of Motor Claims, with both reporting directly to Kath Mainon

Davies announced in January that its Insurance Services operations, incorporating Ambant, JMD, Requiem and Quest, will be led by Steven Crabb, who is promoted to Insurance Services CEO, in a move that sees Davies align its Insurance Services business across: Insurer & Markets Services, Intermediary Services, and Captive Management, with clients across the UK, Ireland, Bermuda and North America.
