Davies Group today announces the acquisition of ServiceTick Limited, the customer experience and analytics business which provides solutions for insurance businesses and to other highly regulated markets. Based in Norwich, ServiceTick provides digital customer experience insight and intelligence to its clients, through voice & digital surveys, analytics and consulting.
The acquisition of ServiceTick extends and deepens Davies’ digital capability, sitting alongside its existing digital solutions, including Surveyorship, its Cq claims platform, and its investment in mobile video and drones.
ServiceTick supports Davies’ strategy to help its clients reimagine their business processes and deliver solutions that sit at the core of their business, enabling service improvement, accelerated growth, and increased efficiency. ServiceTick will retain its brand in the market, with Managing Director Jason Wolfe continuing to lead the business, reporting to Davies’ Chief Digital Officer, Mark Grocott.
This deal marks Davies’ fourth acquisition since Silicon Valley investor HGGC took a majority stake in the business in January 2017. Most recently, in September 2017, Davies added specialist insurance and professional services provider Ambant to the group, forming a new Insurance Services division. Additionally over the course of 2017 Davies has added more than 50 new accounts to its growing operations and digital platform, and now boasts a team of 1,000 insurance, claims and regulatory professionals operating across the UK & Ireland, and internationally via its Ambant business.
Dan Saulter, CEO of Davies Group said: “Davies and ServiceTick already work together providing customer insight solutions to our mutual clients. Service Tick brings new digital capability to Davies and enables us to offer a deeper range of customer experience, complaints management and analytics capability to our insurance and highly regulated clients. We are excited to welcome Jason and his team into the group”.
Jason Wolfe, Managing Director of ServiceTick said: “Joining a group with a clear focus on digital transformation and innovation is an exciting opportunity for ServiceTick. Davies’ client base is highly complementary to ours, and I look forward to working with Dan, Mark and the team to develop and strengthen our customer experience solutions to the market”.
